Acceptance of terms

By using Bingify, a personal project operated by its maintainer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use Bingify to track, rate, review, and list titles and to follow other users. You are responsible for the content you post. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or infringe others’ rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You may delete your account at any time.

Intellectual property

Catalog metadata, images, ratings, and availability belong to their respective providers (TMDB, OMDb, JustWatch, MyAnimeList). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Your reviews and lists remain yours; you grant us a license to display them within the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Catalog data may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
